The three axes every entrepreneur should clarify

Most entrepreneurs I work with arrive with a single goal: "make more revenue." Very quickly, we discover it hides two others, deeper, that they have never put into words: a personal goal (time, family, health) and a financial goal (wealth, freedom, transmission).
When these three axes are not aligned, professional success becomes a source of tension: you earn more, but feel less free. You grow, but you drift away.
The first step of serious coaching is to put all three goals on the table, in the same motion. Not one after the other. Together.
Strategy is born from that clarity. Not the other way around.
