Journey

I left safety to build freedom.

Here, without detour, are the steps that took me from finance directorship to entrepreneurship — and that nourish my coaching practice today.

  1. Before 2017

Chief Financial Officer · Swiss SME

Nearly fifteen years steering the finances of a well-known Swiss company. Executive committees, fundraises, restructurings, M&A. A demanding school — and a comfort that eventually becomes a cage.

  2. 2017

    The chosen break

I leave my post. Not out of frustration, but out of clarity. The conviction that a professional life is not measured by stability alone, but by the alignment between what one does and who one wants to be.

  3. 2017 — 2021

    Launching the real-estate ventures

First operations in French-speaking Switzerland. Acquisition, value creation, asset structuring. I apply to my own affairs the financial rigour that built my reputation — with, on top, fully owned risk.

  4. 2018 — today

    Building a first-class network

Private banks, family offices, notaries, executives. A network built by hand, on trust, dinner after dinner. That network is now one of the levers I make available to the people I coach.

  5. Today

    Private coach for entrepreneurs

I devote part of my time to accompanying — privately, in a low voice — those who want to cross a threshold. Because I wish, back then, I had had someone like that across the table.
