Building a first-class network, without betraying yourself
Networking is often discussed as a tactical tool: go to that event, add that person, send that message. It's a poor view, and an ineffective one.
A real network is built on three principles: generosity first, precision next, patience always. I never asked for a favour before doing three. I never tried to know everyone — I tried to be the right person for the right people.
Today, that network is one of my most precious assets. It opens doors, validates decisions, accelerates projects. But above all: it was built without me ever betraying myself.
In our sessions, this is one of the workstreams we systematically open. Not to collect — to build.
