Leaving security to build freedom
For years, I held a role many would have considered the pinnacle: CFO of a major SME in Geneva. Comfortable salary, a solid team, a controlled agenda. And yet something didn't fit: the life I led wasn't the one I had chosen, it was the one I had been offered.
In 2017, I decided to leave. Not out of rejection, but out of clarity. I wanted to build wealth in my own name, income matching my ambitions, and above all a daily life aligned with my values. Real estate became my first brick, my network the second.
The real price of the leap isn't financial — it's psychological. Giving up status, routine, outside validation. The real value is measured in years: the years of waking up each morning knowing why.
If you are reading these lines, you are probably thinking about it too. My role as a coach is not to push you out the door — it is to help you see clearly, then build a plan that makes the leap no longer risky, but inevitable.
